FILM SHOOTS

All quoted production rates are for cast and crew of up to 20 people. For shoots with more than 20 people please add $100/day to the rate.

WAREHOUSE STAGE AND STUDIO DAY RATE

$395 per day. You may come as early as 8:00 am and shoot as late as 12:00 midnight. Earlier or later hours are available upon request.

MULTIPLE DAY RATE 3 - 6 CONSECUTIVE DAYS

$350 per day. 24 hour access.

MULTIPLE DAY RATE 7 - 14 DAYS

$300 per day. 24 hour access.

WEEK RATE

$2100. 24 hour access.

MORE THAN TWO WEEKS

Please call for pricing.

HOURLY RATE (UNDER 10 PEOPLE)

$50 per hour with a 4 hour minimum.

THE ANNEX (Upstairs)

$100 per day if booked in conjunction with Warehouse/Studio.

$250 Day Rate if booked by itself.

$35 per hour with a 2 hour minimum

EVENTS

$595 Up to 100 people

$750 Up to 150 people

$995 Up to 200 people

TERMS

We require 50% payment in advance to book a date. Balance due on first day of booking. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Check or Cash.

CLEANING DEPOSIT

If you are not paying with a credit card then we require a $75 cleaning deposit to be returned if the space is left as it was found.
